Simone Asser

Simone joined us in 2022 to manage all operational aspects of the Real Estate platform. Prior to that, Simone held senior roles at retail real estate asset, investment and fund management specialist Pradera, including Group Finance Director for close to a decade, Chief Operating Officer and then Non-Executive Director. As COO of Pradera Simone led the company’s corporate finance transactions, including the acquisition from IKEA of a large pan-European retail portfolio, which involved the launch of a Luxembourg fund. Previously Simone worked for Deloitte for six years advising on corporate acquisitions, flotations, capital raising and valuations.

Simone holds a BSc. Hons degree in Physics from Imperial College, University of London, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
