Tessa built her expertise in banking, asset management and investment funds with experience at numerous international firms. Before that, Tessa worked as a Research Analyst and Senior Investment Specialist at ACPI, with a focus on equity funds in developed Europe, the UK and Japan.

Tessa is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds her IMC Certificate. She holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Edinburgh.
